Mooli is a long, white crunchy vegetable from the radish family....with a light peppery punch similar to watercress.
Also known as Daikon, Mooli can be used the same way as you would a carrot! Eat them raw, baked or boiled in stews and soups or in a stir fry. Delicious lightly steamed with a drizzle of olive oil or lemon juice or shredded into a healthy salad 😊
